Will South Carolina Governor Mark Sanford just go away? Outside of Wacko Jacko, I can think of no more of a NON story than Sanford and the girl from Inpanema. Who cares? The guy is a lame duck, he should resign, the Lt. Governor wants him to resign so he can have the upper hand for the primaries, but the guy is not going anywhere. He is now irrelevant and no longer a 2012 contender.

Vanity Fair (need I say more) has done a hatchet job on Sarah Palin. The libs must think she's a bona fide contender because they are doing everything they can to discredit her.

BHO is now starting to slip in the polls. When you lied to the American people as much as he did during the election, you knew it was going to come back and bite him in the proverbial butt. Taxes are going to be going up for the "middle class" the one's that BHO lied to so much during the election. With the massive cost of the stimulus package, the loss of jobs that the Cap & Tax bill is going to create, the bailout of GM, Chrysler, AIG and numerous banks, the forcing of other banks to take stimulus money AND another stimulus package on the way, there is no way BHO cannot raise taxes. Screw people with their money and their jobs and you're a one termer and YOUR congress is going with you.

The problems for the Republican party is they are not united and they have no voice. They have less than a year to get their act together for the 2010 Mid-term elections. There is no clear voice for the party, no one who has effectively connected with the people and laid out their agenda. Who that voice is going to be is anyone's guess. It may not even be one of the "front-runners" of today, it may be someone who has yet to emerge.

Although most political "experts" have written the GOP off, that may not be the case if BHO's numbers continue to fall. The numbers for the Congress and "Queen Nancy" are already in the toilet and if the dissatisfaction with BHO continues AND the GOP get their act together, it might be another devastating time for the democrats. Do you really think the dems are going to do the right thing for the American people with the power they now have? History tells us that the dems will implode big time.....it is just a matter of time.

Get ready to have Wacko Jacko shoved down your throat for the 4th of July! The circus moves to Neverland Ranch on Thursday, with all reports showing the weekend filled with Jacko "lying in state." for the throngs to come and genuflect before the body. All Wacko, ALL the time. Just makes you think where we are headed and what is important to us as a country.

Dan Rooney picked up his thirty piece of silver today, being sworn in as the ambassador to Ireland. Rooney a "staunch" Catholic proved to be just a "Cafeteria Catholic" choosing what Church dogma to follow and what dogma not to follow. Mr. Rooney had every right to vote for whoever he wanted to and whoever he felt was best for the country, that point is not argued. What is argued is when he publicly endorsed BHO and then made statements alluding to the fact he spoke with several clergy and they told him it was alright. I would love to know what clergy would advise him it was alright to go against the teaching of the church. Again, if you want to be Catholic, then you follow the tenets of the Church, otherwise, pick a church that has the values you believe in. Enjoy your time in Ireland Dan, you earned it.
